PALM REWARDS GUIDE

How paid surveys work for rewards

Paid survey platforms connect research companies with people who match a study's target audience. On Palm Rewards, eligible survey completions can earn Palm Points that may be redeemed for available gift cards, PUBG Mobile UC and other digital rewards.

Why you do not qualify for every survey

Researchers frequently need a specific age group, country, household type, purchase history or other demographic profile. A survey can also close when its quota fills. That means two users may see the same survey but only one qualifies.

What a screen-out means

A screen-out happens when the survey determines that your profile does not match the study. Screen-out policies vary by provider. Some may award partial compensation in certain situations, while others pay only completed and accepted surveys.

How tracking works

Start surveys from your Palm Rewards account so the provider can attribute the session to you. If a provider confirms the completion, Palm Rewards can process the provider callback and credit the corresponding Palm Points. Closing tracking pages early, using multiple accounts or changing networks during a survey can cause problems.

How to improve survey success

Use accurate profile information, read questions carefully, avoid speeding, and answer consistently. Researchers use quality checks to identify random or conflicting answers, and low-quality responses can result in rejection.

Tip: survey availability changes throughout the day. If there are few options now, checking again later can show different inventory because providers regularly add and close studies.

Are paid surveys available worldwide?

Survey coverage is international, but volume differs significantly by country. Some countries receive many research opportunities while others receive fewer. Your device, language and demographic profile can also affect availability.

What can survey rewards be redeemed for?

Palm Points can be used for rewards currently available in the Palm Rewards store. Inventory and regional availability can change, so check the current store before planning a specific redemption.
