Reward apps and sites that pay gift cards: what to compare
Not every rewards platform works the same way. Before spending time on surveys, games or offers, compare the earning options, minimum redemption, tracking rules and reward inventory.
1. Check the earning methods
A stronger rewards platform usually offers more than one category. Palm Rewards combines surveys, game offers, general offers, eligible video or ad-viewing tasks, referrals and daily reward features so members can switch categories when one provider has limited inventory.
2. Understand the point value
Palm Rewards uses a standard reference of 1,000 Palm Points = $1 in reward value. A clear conversion makes it easier to compare task rewards and understand how close you are to a redemption.
3. Look at the minimum redemption
A low headline reward is less useful if the cashout threshold is extremely high. Palm Rewards uses a $5 minimum for standard gift-card redemption, although individual rewards can have their own point requirement.
4. Check tracking and credit speed
Providers may need time to verify an activity before reporting it. Once Palm Rewards receives a valid verified callback, Palm Points are credited immediately. That separates provider verification time from an artificial platform hold.
5. Review reward availability
Gift cards, gaming rewards and denominations can vary by region and inventory. Check the current Rewards Store rather than assuming every reward is available in every country.
6. Look for clear support and policies
Useful trust signals include a public support address, privacy policy, reward terms, fraud rules, transaction history and a support-ticket system. These do not guarantee a specific earning result, but they make the platform rules easier to understand.
