Why online rewards differ by country and device
Rewards sites do not have one universal offer list. Advertisers buy traffic for specific countries, devices and audiences, so the surveys and offers shown to one member can be very different from what another member sees.
Country targeting
An advertiser may launch a campaign only in the United States, Latin America, Europe or another set of markets. Research companies also need respondents from specific countries. If your country is not part of a campaign, that offer should not be treated as eligible even if a generic listing exists elsewhere online.
Device targeting
Mobile app campaigns are commonly Android-only or iOS-only. Other offers may be desktop-friendly. This is why a member can see little inventory on a computer but more opportunities on a phone, or the reverse.
