Key information

  • 1,000 Palm Points = $1 in standard reward value.
  • 5,000 Palm Points = $5 and 10,000 Palm Points = $10 at the standard conversion.
  • Provider confirmation determines when tracked earnings are credited.
  • Current reward costs are shown in Palm Points before redemption.

Palm Points are an internal rewards currency, not cash in a bank account and not cryptocurrency. The Rewards Store shows the actual point cost of each available reward before a redemption is submitted.

A provider can reverse a previously reported completion if it later determines that the activity was duplicated, invalid or did not meet its rules. Palm Rewards records those reversals in the transaction ledger rather than silently changing balances.

Very small provider earnings can be worth less than one whole Palm Point. Those amounts can accumulate until enough value exists to credit a whole point.

Rewards, offer availability and eligibility vary by country, device, provider and inventory. Palm Rewards does not guarantee that every activity or reward is available in every country.
